Information that may be processed

Technical information about your browser and device, online identifiers, pages, and interactions may be processed to operate the website and measure its use. If you submit a form, the fields you choose to provide are sent to HubSpot to handle your message or consultation request. The Google Analytics integration does not read form fields or send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text.

Google Analytics 4 and optional analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-044ENX1EZ5 to measure page visits and certain successful form-submission events. The Google tag is not loaded and analytics data is not sent until you choose “Allow analytics.” If you reject, the tag is not loaded. After opting in, you can change your choice at any time using the persistent “Privacy settings” button.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage until you change it or clear the site's data. After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and related measurement cookies, along with usage and technical information. Form events contain only the event name; field values are not added. Only the canonical public page path is sent, without query strings or fragments, and referrers are reduced to their origin.

Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals remain disabled by the website's configuration. Google's processing details may also depend on account settings, location, and Google's policies.

HubSpot forms

Contact and consultation forms are embedded from HubSpot, an external service. When you submit a form, the HubSpot account connected to this website receives the fields you entered so OLLEVEN can respond to your inquiry or consultation request. Rejecting Google Analytics does not prevent the HubSpot form from loading or withdraw information you voluntarily submit through it.

HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies to operate forms or measure interactions, depending on the account and service configuration. The actual HubSpot cookie inventory, retention periods, and consent settings in the account have not been verified here; the site owner should review them before treating this policy as final.

Providers, retention, and transfers

Data may be processed by Google when analytics consent is granted, by HubSpot when you use its forms, and by the website hosting provider according to its configuration. Processing locations, retention periods, and contractual safeguards depend on each account's settings and provider terms. This policy does not invent unverified retention periods; the site owner should document and review them.

Your choices and rights
